One of our most compelling values is the flexible manner in which we execute local delivery of our freight volume. We visualize our role in transportation more or less as a "pipeline" of product emanating from different sources at different times. This pipeline is equipped with valves which our customers can turn on or off at will. Product arrives at our warehouse destinations from a variety of sources and gradually consolidates itself into a project. Our methodology creates a natural "merging" effect which greatly reduces and simplifies the workload and co-ordination of the dealer. Many times, large projects accumulate at Western Logistics and the dealer people do not even see the product until they ask for delivery to the job site.

Staight linehaul operators simply cannot offer the flexible services that we consider routine. Deliveries in some cities are very diffcult because of congestion, truck constrictions, building design and access, etc., but we have mastered these problems with knowledge, skilled personnel, and the right equipment to get into the tight spaces in downtown cores.

Our drivers are renowned for their friendly, enthusiastic help at the job sites or warehouses. When possible, we load delivery equipment in the sequence that installers prefer for staging a project to speed unloading and placing at the job site. We have the special dollies, pumpjacks, power gates, load-bars, etc., to perform. Our trucks are always clean, inside and out.
