Western Logistics is delighted to announce that, as of September 1, 2005, our proprietary tracking system is available to all Western Logistics clients who wish to implement web tracking.

This system – three years in design, development and testing by a talented team of people – is unique in that you will be able to access information on any recent orders shipped via Western Logistics by merely logging in and presenting your pass-word. Unlike other carrier tracking systems, you will need no reference numbers (purchase order, shipping order, dates, origins, etc.) to access the full menu of shipping activity. Log in, and our database will present you with a simple and accurate summary of shipping activity to or from your account, showing all relevant details needed to provide you and your customer with status of orders in transit.

To maintain security, the criteria for access is that your company has to be either the consignee, the shipper, or the "charge to" account in the data summarized on the report.

Over the years, we've worked to improve methods, by establishing data entry capabilities at all shipping locations. And now we're launching a new power tool for your use, providing information at any time, day or night, from any location you can access a computer.
