The NAFTA Certificate of Origin form needs to be completed for any Canada/U.S. or U.S./Canada cross-border shipment. Download and print this PDF. When you've entered the details of your shipment, please provide it to our driver when your shipment is picked up.
The Credit Application needs to be completed for you to initiate your first shipment. Please print this PDF and when you've entered the details of your shipment, fax the completed copy to the Corporate Head Office at; 604.420.6500 and we'll get things under way.
